Shipping Info

Orders are normally designed, processed, and shipped within 1-3 business days and take an additional 3-5 business days to receive. However, longer shipping times may apply in some instances such as working with intricate designs, pre-ordered products, or back ordered items.

 

Free Shipping

Free shipping promotions and/or offers only applies to shipping destinations within the contiguous United States (The contiguous United States does not include Alaska, Hawaii, or any other territories under the control of the United States.) Additional shipping costs will apply to Alaska and Hawaii. Items will be shipped via standard ground shipping. 

 

Customs and Import Taxes

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.

 

Tracking

Once your package label is printed, we'll send you an email with a tracking number. You can click the tracking number in that email anytime to see where your package is. Delivery dates are Monday - Saturday, excluding all major holidays.

 

Lost or Stolen Packages

For lost or stolen packages, SimplyHome Engraving requires that our customers reach out to us within 24-48 hours of delivery confirmation after having determined a package has not arrived, is lost, or has been stolen. In the event that a package cannot be located, we will ask that you check around your residence or, if you live in an apartment, with the leasing office. If the package is still not able to be located, please know that every case is unique, and we do ask that you contact us promptly so that we can process an investigation. Refunds are not guaranteed based on the results of the investigation.

 

Missing Information or Inaccurate Shipping Address

When entering your shipping address during the checkout process, please ensure that you include the full address including any applicable apartment/suite/building number, etc. If your package cannot be delivered due to any missing information, we will contact you to correct this data. Please note you will be charged for shipping again. We apologize for the inconvenience, but shipping facilities charges our company due to redelivery.
